Thank you for your interest in joining the Pottery Sculpture Club of PebbleCreek (PSCPC). To qualify for club membership, you must own or rent a residence in PebbleCreek Golf Resort, Goodyear, Arizona; take the Beginner's Pottery Class, or provide proof of equivalent; and complete both the PSCPC Membership Application form and the Creative Arts Center (CAC) Resident Waiver and Release form (download below).
Once all the above criteria have been met, you would submit the forms and the $25 first-year membership payment by check made payable to PSCPC.
